Welcome to Printing With Purpose (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website https://printingwithpurpose.org.au/, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person or entity ordering products or services from Printing With Purpose.
“Services” refers to our printing, design, promotional, and related services.
“Products” refers to printed materials, signage, apparel, or promotional items supplied by us.
2. Orders and Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed only upon written approval and receipt of required payment or deposit.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all order details, specifications, and artwork are accurate before production.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in AUD and exclude GST unless specified.
Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made before production begins.
Payment terms for approved accounts are strictly [e.g., 14 days] from invoice date.
Late payments may incur fees and affect future services.
4. Artwork and Design
Clients must supply artwork in the required format.
We are not responsible for errors in client-supplied files (e.g., spelling mistakes, low resolution).
Where design services are provided, clients will receive proof(s) for approval. Final approval is the client’s responsibility.
5. Production and Delivery
Turnaround times begin once final artwork approval and payment are received.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays, supply shortages).
Printing With Purpose is not liable for delays but will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines.
Delivery costs are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
6. Returns and Refunds
As products are custom-made, returns or refunds are not available unless products are defective or not produced to the approved specification.
Claims must be made in writing within 7 business days of delivery.
Approved refunds or reprints will be at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including designs, logos, and branding supplied by the client, remains the property of the client.
Printing With Purpose retains ownership of any original design concepts or artwork created by us until full payment is received.
Clients warrant they have the right to use any content or artwork provided and indemnify Printing With Purpose against copyright infringement claims.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printing With Purpose is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the products or services purchased.
9. Social Enterprise Commitment
By working with us, clients acknowledge and support our purpose as an Aboriginal-owned social enterprise committed to employment, training, and community impact for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state or territory where Printing With Purpose operates.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised date.
